Orders & Shipping:
Where do you ship?
We’re just getting started, but right now we are only shipping to Canada and United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated on a range of factors including package weight, order type, number of items and distance. Customers can expect prices to range between $15.00 and $30.00 CAD for Canadian shipping and $20.00 and $35.00 CAD for U.S. shipping. These are just estimates based on our provider, Canada Post. Actual rates are calculated at check-out.
There are no shipping fees for purchases over $100 CAD before taxes.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
This is a new project for us, so it will take a bit of time to get your order to you. Any orders placed after June 28th, 2024 will be shipped out at the end of July. Thank you for your patience!

Returns & Exchanges:
What is your return policy?
As this is a test launch for Flawnt, there are no returns for products for this round. Everything is final sale only.
How can I exchange my item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
What if there's a quality issue with my item?
If you have concerns about the condition of the Flawnt products you've received, you can contact our costumer support at merch@khadijambowe.com.
Payment Methods
What forms of payment do you accept?
Flawnt accepts the following payment methods online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, ShopPay, and Google Pay. We do not accept Visa Prepaid Cards, personal cheques, or money orders.
How will I be charged and in what currency?
Purchased made through our website online will be instantly charged to your provided method of payment at the time of purchase. All orders are processed in $CAD.
Tote and Pin Set Care Instructions
How should I care for my tote?
It's recommended to wash the cotton canvas bag by hand rather than by machine. Wash it with neutral detergent or soap to avoid shrinking, and do not rub the logo to avoid fading. Spread it flat to dry.
How should I care for my pin set bag?
Keep the fabric clean by hand washing in warm water with mild soap or delicate fabric detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Do not put in dryer or iron. Simply ring out, lay flat to let air dry.
